This book started as something deeply personal, written for myself and my younger self. Now, hearing how it’s lifting and inspiring others confirms that I’m on the right path. I’m so humbled by your support and encouragement. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey with me.

I found myself thinking that while this book highlights issues for women in male-dominated industries, it is packed with practical tips for ANYONE aspiring to lead that might not fit common stereotypes of how a leader “should” be. Stacy does a wonderful job giving practical steps towards solutions to common problems while also repeatedly encouraging the reader with notes about resilience and growth. Read it if you are frustrated and aspire to lead, give back, and build a better future and are looking for ways to get “unstuck”.
